I move that ECBPA approve the purchase of a windmill and screens for Winter Drumline (WDL) to enhance the visual production of their show, “Wind Power.”
Winter Drumline (WDL) is preparing for their next competition with their show titled “Wind Power.” To enhance the visual presentation, they need additional props. The team would like to purchase a used windmill and create custom screens featuring dandelion designs, which will be mounted on the existing field season frames.
